JCMNJ provides website diagnostics, reporting, monitoring, and hospitality guide services designed to improve clarity, visibility, and operational usefulness. These Terms govern the use of JCMNJ services, including Integrity and Lightkeeper.

Services Overview

JCMNJ provides:

All services are advisory, operational, and informational in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Integrity Review & Roadmap

Deep Review with Strategic Roadmap

$399 one-time fee

Includes deeper diagnostic review and prioritized roadmap guidance.

The review provides recommendations, prioritization, and direction. It does not include implementation unless separately agreed.

Integrity Monitoring

Integrity Monitoring Basic

$149 per month

Includes:

  • • dependable monthly visibility
  • • GA4 summary
  • • Search Console insights
  • • Lighthouse visibility
  • • executive summary and recommended next actions
  • • structured monthly delivery for internal review
  • • no calls included

Integrity Monitoring Pro

$299 per month

Includes:

  • • everything in Basic
  • • stronger interpretation of changes across sources
  • • sharper action prioritization month to month
  • • more detailed recommendations and guidance
  • • up to 30 minutes per month of guidance or async support

Integrity Monitoring Pro+

$499 per month

Includes:

  • • everything in Pro
  • • up to 90 minutes per month of support
  • • deeper monthly analysis
  • • priority response
  • • stronger strategic prioritization
  • • better continuity across reporting cycles

Monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

Services remain active only while the subscription remains current.

Monitoring is ongoing oversight and reporting, not open-ended consulting.

JCMNJ may adjust delivery timing, presentation format, and reporting emphasis while preserving the plan's general scope.

Lightkeeper Terms

For Hosts

  • • Lightkeeper may be offered at no cost during initial rollout or pilot access
  • • JCMNJ may handle setup, structure, and updates
  • • Host participation, continuation, and optional management tools may be defined separately
  • • Optional Admin Portal, if activated, may be billed separately

For Partners

  • • Local Partner and Premium Partner placements are paid placements within the Lightkeeper network
  • • Placement is subject to category availability, location fit, and guide usability
  • • JCMNJ may approve, deny, reposition, or remove partner placements to preserve guest experience quality and operational usefulness
  • • Placement does not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue, or customer conversion

Payment Terms

  • • One-time services are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed
  • • Subscription services recur monthly unless otherwise stated
  • • Late or failed payments may result in paused or canceled service
  • • Taxes, if applicable, are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise

Scope of Responsibility

JCMNJ provides:

  • • observations
  • • scoring
  • • reporting
  • • recommendations
  • • monitoring summaries
  • • structured operational guidance

JCMNJ does not guarantee:

  • • search rankings
  • • traffic growth
  • • revenue outcomes
  • • lead volume
  • • uptime of third-party services
  • • implementation results when work is performed by others

Clients remain responsible for:

  • • implementation decisions
  • • website changes
  • • business decisions based on recommendations
  • • credentials, integrations, and platform access they control

Data, Signals, and Accuracy

Reports and monitoring outputs rely on available website signals, third-party platforms, and observable site conditions.

JCMNJ does not guarantee complete accuracy or uninterrupted access to third-party data sources.

Temporary outages, API limitations, access revocations, or platform changes may affect reporting completeness.

Third-Party Services

JCMNJ services may rely on third-party tools and platforms such as Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Lighthouse, hosting providers, third-party website platforms, payment processors, and email providers.

JCMNJ is not responsible for failures, outages, or policy changes in third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

JCMNJ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

JCMNJ shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCMNJ's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to JCMNJ for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the prior 3 months.

Cancellation / Termination

  • • Monitoring subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • • Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund completed service periods unless otherwise agreed
  • • JCMNJ may suspend or terminate service for abuse, misuse, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or behavior that materially interferes with service delivery

Refunds

  • • One-time diagnostic and advisory services are generally non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been issued
  • • Subscription services are generally non-refundable for completed billing periods
  • • Any exception is at JCMNJ's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law

Changes to Terms

JCMNJ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
